Returns and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
1. Product Value: All products costing below Rs.999 are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Sticker: If the product that you ordered has a "Non-Refundable" sticker on it, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. Exchange: All products costing below Rs.999 are eligible for exchange, subject to availability of a similar product. For example: a pouch can be exchanged for a pouch only and not against a bag or a salwar suit.
4. Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return.
5. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
6. Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
7. Exclusions: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
8. One-time Exchange: Exchanges are permitted only once.
Cancellation Policy
1. Eligibility: Only products costing Rs.1000 and above are eligible for cancellation and refunds.
2. Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact our customer service team at care@swades.fashion or via what’s app on +91 7827976268 with your order number to request a cancellation.
3. After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy.
All refunds would be processed only on receipt of the returned product.
Returns and Exchange Process (as applicable for your order)
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at care@swades.fashion or What’s App 7827976268 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
3. Return Courier: Whilst we will make our best effort to arrange a return pick up, it may not always be available. You may be required to arrange a local reliable courier to send the product back to us, in case we cannot pick up.
4. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return or cancellation policy criteria.
